Where we deliver, what it costs, and how to send something back.
UK delivery
We currently ship across the United Kingdom. Orders are dispatched on working days, and you’ll receive a confirmation with tracking as soon as yours is on its way.
Free over £20
Delivery is free on UK orders over £20. Below that, a flat delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay — no surprises at the end.
30-day returns
If something isn’t right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, items should be unused and in their original, sealed packaging. Once we receive your return we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. This is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
