These terms govern purchases from Muscle Miracle, a trading name of We Do Brands Ltd (“we”, “us” or “our”), operating the website musclemiracle.co.uk.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from us.

After placing your order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming that we have received it. This does not mean your order has been accepted. A contract between you and us is formed only when we dispatch your order.

We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch if, for example, a product is unavailable, there has been a pricing error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.

Pricing & payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment is taken when you place your order using Shopify’s secure checkout and payment services. Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, prices and availability are accurate. If we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you before processing it and give you the option to proceed or cancel for a full refund.

Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

Delivery is free on orders over £20. Orders below this amount are subject to the delivery charge displayed at checkout.

We aim to dispatch orders promptly and will provide tracking details where available. Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed dates, although we will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the stated timeframe. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you.

Risk in the goods passes to you when the products are delivered to the delivery address you provided.

Cancellation, returns & refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you generally have the legal right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day returns policy. If you change your mind, you may return unused products in their original, sealed condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, certain sealed goods are exempt from the right to cancel once opened where they are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons. This applies to our cosmetic gels, roll-ons and food supplements once their seals have been broken.

This does not affect your legal rights if products are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Unless the products are faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning them.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method, usually within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they have been sent back.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your legal rights.

Products & use

Our topical gel and roll-on products are cosmetics intended for external use only.

Our capsules and Electrolytes products are food supplements and should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult a doctor, pharmacist or other suitably qualified healthcare professional before using our products.

Your statutory rights & our liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Products supplied by us must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for:

• death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
• any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Subject to the above, our liability for losses arising out of or in connection with your order will be limited to the price paid for the products purchased, except where a greater liability cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, product descriptions, graphics, logos, photographs, branding and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Muscle Miracle and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written permission.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your home nation. Nothing in these terms affects any rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
